  Gads, we have been seasonal renters through O'Neal brokers for about 10 years. They have directed us to better and better units each year, until we decided to keep renting one we loved. The service, attention to detail, reminders when we needed to set up or disconnect utilities, promptly taking care of the few things that needed attention, and just generally being great people to work with. Can't ask for better.
